Who We Are
At our core, Revolution is a family business. We (Rian and Leila) worked, met, fell in love, and got married in the event industry. We each helped to build some of the area’s most well known event companies, so it felt like such a natural step for us to decide to create our own. It’s our hope that Revolution is a wonderful place to be and work, not just for us, but for every one of our present and future team members.

Rian Winther
Owner, President
From his days as the entertainment director on a cruise ship to being a producer at one of Philadelphia’s top event production companies, Rian is a man of many talents with 20 years of event production experience tucked under his belt. If you’ve attended an event anywhere in the Philly in the past decade, it’s likely you’ve been to an event that Rian has worked on, and if you’re lucky, you’ve had a drink with him. He’s a Philly area native and when he’s not on an event, you can find him in one of Philly’s many excellent restaurants, scouring the wine list for a good red blend.
Leila Winther
Director of Marketing and Business Development
If Rian is the guy making the magic happen, Leila is the gal with the clipboard keeping the magic on track and on schedule. She’s a woman with a plan (A, B, and C, of course) and she comes to Revolution with her own 20 years of experience planning events. Working with some of Philadelphia’s top event companies has taught Leila to always come prepared with a backup, roll with the punches, and above all keep cool under pressure. All of which she’s found super helpful with her latest position added to her resume: Mom.

Andrew Glickman
Project Manager
His email signature says “project manager” but he’s so much more than that to us! After earning a Masters degree in Lighting Design for Theatre from Temple University, Andrew worked in theater for over a decade before moving into the world of live events. He comes to Revolution with the experience of hundreds of events under his belt and a calm, organized presence that’s welcome at any event set up. When he’s not out managing events you can find him rinkside, rooting for the Flyers or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.
Rhys Winther
Chief Morale Officer
Someday he might be the CEO but for now he’s the chief morale officer. His parents may be Event Production Magicians, but Rhys is the reason, and the reminder to slow down and enjoy the little things. We hope that being surrounded by not just us, but the Revolution Team teaches him how to collaborate, work hard and enjoy all that life has to offer.
