Position:

Event Production Salesperson

Position Overview:  We are seeking to hire a full-time Event Production Salesperson to work with clients selling our services for events. We are looking for a team-oriented, people-person with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, and detail-oriented. Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Development and execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. 

  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their event needs.

  • Prepare client proposals and contracts, negotiating budgets and terms.

  • Attend event set ups when needed to handle day of communication with clients.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in other areas of the business.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of our inventory and services and be able to determine how we can best serve our clients using those resources.

  • Identify potential clients, foster lead generation and conversion

  • Develop and maintain relationships with event planners and other potential lead referral sources.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in event production, audio visual technology or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a sales role, preferably in the Event Industry

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Creative and flexible with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize many different projects while working in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position requiring in-person work in our Delaware County location as well as on site executing events. Compensation starts at 50k/year plus commission and depending on upon experience. We offer health benefits.
