Position:
Event Production Salesperson
Position Overview: We are seeking to hire a full-time Event Production Salesperson to work with clients selling our services for events. We are looking for a team-oriented, people-person with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, and detail-oriented. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Development and execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Meet with potential clients to discuss their event needs.
Prepare client proposals and contracts, negotiating budgets and terms.
Attend event set ups when needed to handle day of communication with clients.
Collaborate with colleagues in other areas of the business.
Maintain a working knowledge of our inventory and services and be able to determine how we can best serve our clients using those resources.
Identify potential clients, foster lead generation and conversion
Develop and maintain relationships with event planners and other potential lead referral sources.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in event production, audio visual technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience working in a sales role, preferably in the Event Industry
Excellent computer skills.
Creative and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize many different projects while working in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time position requiring in-person work in our Delaware County location as well as on site executing events. We offer health benefits.
